Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Unlockify.link Bypasser browser extension (“the extension”) handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed for the extension to work.

1. What the extension does

On Unlockify.ink pages, the extension shows the destination link in a small banner with Copy and Visit buttons. A popup lets you enter a license key to activate the extension.

2. Information we handle

License key

When you enter a license key in the popup and click Activate, the key is sent to our server so it can be checked with Gumroad, the service that sells the license. The key is also saved on your device so you do not have to enter it again.

Email address

If the license key is valid, our server returns the email address linked to your Gumroad purchase. The extension saves this email on your device and shows it in the popup as your account.

Page link data

On Unlockify.ink pages, the extension reads the destination link that is already present in the page, to show it in the banner. This link is used only on your device while you view the page. It is not saved or sent anywhere.

3. Information we do not collect

The extension does not collect or record:

Your browsing history or the list of websites you visit
Your clicks, keystrokes, mouse movements or other activity
Your location
Your name, address, or payment details (payments are handled entirely by Gumroad)
Health, financial, or personal communication data

The extension runs only on Unlockify.ink pages (*.unlockify.ink). It does not run on any other website.

4. How information is stored

The license key, activation status and email are stored in your browser’s local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. They are not synced to other devices by us. Removing the extension, or clearing its data, deletes them.

Our server checks your key with Gumroad and returns the result. It does not store your key or email in a database.

5. Third-party services

Gumroad (gumroad.com) processes license purchases and verifies license keys. Your key is sent to Gumroad through our server for this purpose. See Gumroad’s privacy policy for how they handle data.
Vercel (vercel.com) hosts our verification server. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process standard technical information such as IP address and request time to deliver the service. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services in the extension.

6. How we use information

We use the information above only to:

Check that your license key is valid
Keep the extension activated on your device
Show your account email in the popup

We do not sell your data. We do not transfer it to third parties, other than Gumroad and our hosting provider as described above. We do not use it for advertising, for creditworthiness or lending decisions, or for any purpose unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.

7. Permissions

storage: to save your license status, key and email on your device.
clipboardRead: to fill the license key field when you click the Paste button. The clipboard is read only at that moment.
Access to *.unlockify.ink: so the extension can show the banner on those pages only.

8. Your choices

You can remove the extension at any time from your browser’s extensions page, which deletes the data it stored on your device.
To ask about data related to your license, contact us using the email below. Your purchase records are held by Gumroad.

9. Children’s privacy

The extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the extension after a change means you accept the updated policy.
